Have You heard? Starbucks introduced the Serious Strawberry Frappuccino to their menu in Summer 2018 and this layered beverage is all the rage this Valentine's Day. Naturally, this icy frap contains more ingredients than I want to count and contains more than one type of milk product. Strawberry puree is swirled into their strawberries and crème frappuccino base and topped with vanilla whipped cream. This drink looks too delicious to miss out on which brings me to this recipe post. I have created the top 8 allergy free version of this millennial February favorite that has a sweet strawberry puree swirled into an icy non-dairy cream frap and it is AMAZING AF!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole frozen strawberries
2 Tablespoons raw local honey
1/4 cup water
3 ice cubes
3 frozen non-dairy milk cubes
1/4 cup chilled non-dairy milk
Directions:

Add the strawberries, honey, and water to a small pot and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook 10 minutes until the berries have softened. Remove from the heat and use an immersion blender to blend into a puree. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
For the Frappuccino recipe, allow the strawberry puree to chill overnight.

Prep the night before → Pour non-dairy milk into 3 ice cube tray molds and pour water into 3 ice cubes tray molds. Allow to freeze overnight.
Add the ice cubes, frozen non-dairy cubes, and chilled non-dairy milk into a food processor/high speed blender. Blend until the ingredients become a slushy consistency.
Layer 3 tablespoons of the strawberry puree on the bottom of the serving glass. Pour the Frappuccino mixture on top of the puree. Gently swirl together with a straw and serve.
